01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 0win555 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 0win555 website located at 0win555.vip and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Services").

03 Account Registration

Each player may register only one (1) account on the 0win555 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited.

When registering your 0win555 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and not share them with any third party.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

0win555 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the 0win555 platform:

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your 0win555 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Minimum Deposit: Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. 0win555 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes of approval.

• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 0win555 does not accept foreign currency deposits.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

0win555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 0win555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or exploiting technical errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account suspension.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of 0win555 management shall be final.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 0win555 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to do so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 0win555 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the 0win555 platform or its underlying software.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the 0win555 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the website, is the exclusive property of 0win555 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 0win555 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from 0win555.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.

• Any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Errors or omissions in game results caused by software malfunctions, provided that 0win555 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

The 0win555 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. 0win555 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of account suspension where such suspension is made in good faith.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
